Uses of dehumidification dryer:

In addition to mainly targeting engineering plastics with strong hygroscopicity, it solves the problems caused by poor drying of products: bubbles, silver streaks, cracks, flow marks, poor transparency and other poor quality problems; engineering plastics such as: PA, PET, PU , TPU, PC, PBT, CA, etc. are highly hygroscopic. Since water penetrates into the interior of the plastic pellets, traditional dryers cannot completely dry them.

Principle of dehumidification dryer:

Paired with a hot air hopper dryer to perform high-efficiency dehumidification and drying operations.

Effectively lower the dew point of drying air to below -40℃ while controlling heat.

Only by blowing it over the surface of the moisture-containing plastic particles can the moisture content be reduced to less than 0.02% before molding.

The honeycomb dehumidifier fully dehumidifies the air in a closed circulation system and quickly completely separates the moisture in the plastic particles to achieve the dehumidification and drying effect.

Three-in-one dehumidifier

This three-in-one dehumidifier combines dehumidification, drying, and feeding functions in one unit.

It's particularly suitable for applications requiring high automation and compact space. The entire machine utilizes PLC control for simple operation.

A dew point meter is also available as an option for monitoring the dehumidification performance. Incorporating European design principles, the machine boasts a more aesthetically pleasing appearance, more stable performance, and lower energy consumption.
