High-Speed Mixer Performance:

The high-speed vortex-like motion of the extruder blades causes the plastic granules (or powder) to tumble, collide, and heat up.
This allows the material to be mixed while also allowing moisture to evaporate rapidly from the exhaust pipe, achieving optimal drying results.

1. The blades are made of thickened stainless steel castings and precisely balanced to ensure high-speed rotation without eccentricity.
2. The pneumatic discharge port allows for controlled discharge, saving time and labor.
3. Optional variable frequency speed control is available. All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, with finely welded and polished welds.
4. Equipped with an integrated electrical cabinet, it integrates timing, heating, and temperature control, and features overload protection for safe operation.
