Gaoxin's Industrial Cooling Tower is primarily suitable for the air conditioning, refrigeration, plastics, and chemical industries, and can be categorized into the following categories: 1. Air temperature control, such as air conditioning cooling, cold storage and refrigeration, refrigeration, and heating and cooling air conditioning systems; 2. Manufacturing and processing, including food water cooling, pharmaceutical production, metal manufacturing circulation cooling, and plastics and rubber industrial cooling; 3. Machinery cooling, covering the heat dissipation needs of equipment such as generators, steam turbines, air compressors, hydraulic presses, and engines. It is also commonly used in other industrial applications requiring large-scale cooling, temperature reduction, and heat dissipation.

Cooling tower performance:

1. The industrial cooling water tower is entirely constructed of FRP composite material, with a colored adhesive surface for aging and corrosion resistance. The finished tower maintains a vibrant, smooth, and fade-resistant color.

2. The water distribution system utilizes a copper-new nylon rotary water distribution system, offering high flow, minimal water drift, low noise, uniform water distribution, and low water pressure.

3. A cooling tower-specific motor and fan are optimally matched to the tower, resulting in low speed, high air volume, and low energy consumption.

4. The filler material is modified PVC, which has been tested to demonstrate high strength, high cooling efficiency, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and adaptability to poor water quality.

5. All steel supports are hot-dip galvanized and then sprayed with a double coat of industrial anti-corrosion paint to extend service life.

6. The cooling tower chassis serves as a water collection pan and is equipped with automatic overflow and sewage discharge devices, allowing it to be used as a circulating water pool, eliminating the need for a separate tank. 7. The Silent Series is ideal for residential and office spaces, and features unique noise reduction technology in areas with strict environmental noise controls.

8. The High-Temperature Series offers a temperature reduction of up to 25°C, making it suitable for water circulation systems with higher inlet temperatures.

9. The entire tower offers exceptional stability, withstanding vibrations up to 8 on the Richter scale and wind resistance up to 12.
