Screw Chiller

Gaoxin's screw chillers are designed for industrial refrigeration and circulating cooling, offering fast and stable temperature control. Equipped with a semi-hermetic screw compressor, they operate quietly and offer high cooling efficiency. They offer a temperature control range of 5°C to 30°C with an accuracy of ±1°C. Custom low-temperature models down to -60°C are also available upon request, with a control accuracy as high as ±0.5°C.

Product Description

Gaoxin's screw chillers are widely used in mold cooling, pipeline cooling, and water circulation cooling. They effectively improve the surface finish of plastic products, reduce molding marks, prevent shrinkage and deformation, and enhance mold release, thereby accelerating product finalization and significantly increasing the productivity of plastic molding machines. They are suitable for industries including injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, machining, casting, surface treatment, laser technology, welding, plastic molding, electronics, electroplating, pharmaceutical chemicals, and printing.
