Application range of metering masterbatch mixer:

GAOXIN is a supplier of metering color masterbatch mixers in China. Our machines are specifically designed for use with injection molding machines, extruders, blown film machines, and other molding equipment; they serve as devices that automatically and proportionally blend a primary material with various color masterbatches or additives.

Adopting PLC color touch screen controller, the metering masterbatch machine uses touch screen as the user operation interface, which is intuitive and convenient. This machine can be synchronized with the injection molding machine signal. There are many types of screw diameters, which can provide different outputs from 0.04 to 80 kg per hour.

Can choose a variety of materials

1. PLC touch screen is used to control calculation, accurate measurement and output

2. The metering masterbatch machine is synchronized with the injection molding machine signal, with formula storage and reading functions, and can be called to start the machine

3. It has a metering function, automatically monitors the masterbatch or addition situation, and automatically adjusts and adapts when the raw material stacking density changes

4. The metering part can be removed from the base as a whole without leaking material. There are visual material windows on the base and the side of the hopper, which is easy to observe the raw materials

5. It can realize quantitative feeding, accurate measurement and stable transportation

6. Humanized design, simple operation, and stable machine performance

7. Modular assembly structure, screw and sleeve can be replaced or cleaned

8. The dryer weight is 200KG and needs to be equipped with a reinforced large base

9. Optional material level alarm, detect masterbatch blockage and alarm
