Equipped with a P.I.D. touch-sensitive temperature control system, Gaoxin's dual temperature mold temperature controller features data storage and automatic calculation capabilities, ensuring precise and reliable temperature control with a temperature deviation of no more than ±1-2°C and energy savings of 35% or more. The device features two sets of heating elements that can operate independently or collaboratively, ensuring efficient heating and cooling while maintaining temperature stability. Core components such as the heating element are constructed of stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. The device also incorporates multiple safety features, including fuses, pump overload protection, water shortage detection, heating element overload protection, abnormality alarms, and automatic water replenishment to prevent overheating, ensuring comprehensive operational safety.
