High Temperature Oil Temperature Machine
Gaoxin's high temperature oil temperature machine is specifically designed for temperature control in injection molding and precision injection molding molds. It is also suitable for temperature control requirements in extrusion and extrusion molding processes. It can also handle complex temperature control scenarios for rotary heating and various rubber and plastic machinery.

- Equipped with a P.I.D. touch-screen temperature control system with data storage and automatic calculation functions, Gaoxin's high temperature oil temperature machine achieves a temperature control accuracy of ±1-2°C and an energy efficiency of over 35%. The system utilizes two sets of electric heating elements that can operate independently or collaboratively, achieving rapid heating and cooling while ensuring stable temperature output. All high-temperature components, including the heating element, are made of stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. The equipment also incorporates multiple safety protection mechanisms, including fuses, pump overload protection, water shortage protection, heating element overload protection, abnormality alarms, and automatic water replenishment to prevent overheating, fully ensuring safe operation under high-load conditions.
