Mold Temperature Equipment
Gaoxin's Mold Temperature equipment is specifically designed for temperature control of injection molding and precision injection molding molds, as well as for temperature control during extrusion and molding processes. It is also suitable for temperature control of rotary wheel heating and various rubber and plastic machinery.

- Gaoxin's Mold Temperature equipment utilizes a P.I.D. touch-screen thermostat with internal memory and automatic calculation functions, ensuring precise and reliable temperature control, keeping temperature fluctuations within a range of ±1-2°C and achieving energy savings of over 35%. The machine is equipped with two sets of heating elements that can operate independently or in conjunction, achieving rapid heating and cooling while maintaining stable temperatures. All key components, including the heating elements, are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The safety system includes multiple protection mechanisms, including fuses, pump overload protection, water shortage protection, heating element overload protection, abnormality alarms, and automatic water replenishment and overheating protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
