Three-Temperature Mold Temperature
Gaoxin's three-temperature mold temperature machine is an industrial device designed specifically for high-precision temperature control. It is widely used for temperature management in injection molding, precision injection molding, extrusion, and molding processes. It is also suitable for temperature control applications in rotary heating systems and other rubber and plastic processing equipment, meeting the stringent multi-stage temperature control requirements of diverse production processes.

Maintain the same temperature - At its core, Gaoxin's three-temperature mold temperature machine utilizes an intelligent P.I.D. touch-screen temperature control system with integrated data storage and dynamic calculation capabilities. It achieves temperature control accuracy of ±1°C to 2°C, improving process consistency while significantly reducing energy consumption, achieving energy savings exceeding 35%. The system is equipped with multiple independent electric heating modules, allowing for flexible start/stop and coordinated operation, significantly shortening ramp times and ensuring stable temperature output. Major heat transfer components are constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, ensuring both structural strength and ease of cleaning and maintenance. In terms of safety, the machine features comprehensive protection mechanisms, including pump overload protection, automatic water shortage detection, heating element protection, real-time abnormality alarms, and intelligent water replenishment to prevent overheating. These multi-faceted features ensure long-term stable and safe operation.
